Hey there, beautiful! We're so grateful for your support and want to ensure your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible. Here's the scoop on our return policy to keep things crystal clear:
Return Policy
- Got a change of heart? No worries, but we don't offer refunds for that.
- Sale items, final sales, samples, or gift cards? Sorry, no returns accepted on those.
- Swapping for something cheaper? We won't refund the price difference.
- Earrings, headwear, beauty products, final sale, and sample items? Nope, can't return those.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return:
- Your goodies must be unused, in their original condition, unopened with all the original packaging intact, and looking good as new, and in resaleable condition.
- Send them back within 10 business days of receiving your order.
If your items tick all these boxes, give us a shout at solunar.hello@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll sort you out with the return details.
Return Shipping:
Just a heads up:
- You're on the hook for return shipping costs, and unfortunately, they're non-refundable.
- Pop a tracking number on that package; we'd hate for it to go missing!
- If you don't play by the return rules, we might have to send your items back to you, with return postage charges on your tab.
Promotional Items:
If you snagged a full-priced item during a sale or with a discount code (like on Black Friday or Boxing Day), it's all good, but we'll only give you store credit for returns.
Quality Concerns:
We take pride in our products, but if you're not feeling the love, drop us a line at solunar.hello@gmail.com, and we'll chat about it.
